I have a general practice and work with all ages on a variety of problems, ranging from coping with life's stressors to more moderate types of mental illness.   Please see my areas of focus listed below. 

My treatment approach is eclectic (Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral, Insight-oriented, Interpersonal, Brief Therapy., Play Therapy, Bereavement) depending on the diagnosis and treatment needs of the individual/family/group.  My philosophy/style is to be interactive, supportive, respectful, and efficient in my work with clients. 

If I am unable to provide treatment, I will give an appropriate referral.

Group meets two Mondays of every month in Scripps Ranch of San Diego
· Time- 5:30-7:00pm · Cost: $20 or Free to those that qualify
· Preregistration is required

WOMEN'S POSTPARTUM WELLNESS GROUP:
For women who are experiencing postpartum stress, depression, &/or anxiety

Group meets two Fridays of every month in Scripps Ranch of San Diego
· Time- 5:30-7:00pm · Cost: $25/group (some financial assistance is available)                         · Preregistration is required
