Session Fees:

Individual/Family Sessions:  (50 mins: $100) 
                                          (60 mins: $120) 
                                          (80 mins: $160)

Group Sessions:                  (50 mins: $35)
                                           (90 mins: $40)

Clients are responsible for payments at the time of service. 
I currently accept cash or check.


Insurance:

At the present time I do not directly bill insurance companies.  If you wish to seek reimbursement from your PPO health insurance, I will provide you with a bill you can submit.  According to many PPO insurance plans, I would be an "out-of-network" provider and some portion of the services may be covered.  However I do not deal directly with insurance companies, and you will need to verify their reimbursement policy.


Cancellation Policy:

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
